Website Help
If you are having problems with our site, such as adding to cart, checking out, viewing prices, etc., please follow these steps before contacting Stuller.

If you are unsure of which version you are using, click Help from the browser menu and then select About Internet Explorer.
- Make sure you are logged in to the website.
- Make sure you are not using Internet Explorer's Compatibility Mode.
- Version 8
- Press F12 to show the Developer Tools window.
- In the menu of that window, the two right-most menus should say, Browser Mode: IE8 and Document Mode: IE8 Standards.
If they do not say that EXACTLY, then change them to match those settings. - Press F12 again to close the Developer Tools window.
- Version 9
- Press F12 to show the Developer Tools window.
- In the menu of that window, the two right-most menus should say, Browser Mode: IE9 and Document Mode: IE9 Standards.
If they do not say that EXACTLY, then change them to match those settings. - Press F12 again to close the Developer Tools window.
- Version 10
- Press F12 to show the Developer Tools window.
- In the menu of that window, the two right-most menus should say, Browser Mode: IE10 and Document Mode: Standards.
If they do not say that EXACTLY, then change them to match those settings. - Press F12 again to close the Developer Tools window.
- Version 11
- Press F12 to show the Developer Tools window.
- In the menu of that window, scroll to the bottom of the left nav menu to the Emulation option and select it.
- Ensure that the Document Mode says Edge (Default)
If they do not say that EXACTLY, then change them to match those settings. - Press F12 again to close the Developer Tools window.
- Version 8
- Make sure that "stuller.com" is not on the list of websites that you have added to Compatibility View.
- Select Tools from the menu.
- Choose Compatibility View Settings.
- If stuller.com is on the list, select it, and click Remove.
- Ensure Display all websites in Compatiblity View is unchecked.
- Click Close.
- Reload the page.
- Clear your browser's cookies and cache. Follow the instructions listed for the browser you use.
- Version 8
- Click the Safety button, and then click Delete browsing history.
- Select the check box next to Cookies and Temporary Internet files.
- Select the Preserve Favorites website data check box if you don't want to delete the cookies associated with websites in your Favorites list.
- Click Delete.
- Versions 9, 10, and 11
- Click the Tools button, point to Safety, then click Delete browsing history.
- Select the check box next to Cookies and Temporary Internet files.
- Click Delete.
- Version 8
- Make sure javascript is enabled for your browser.
- Select Tools from the menu, click Internet Options, and then click the Security tab.
- Click the Internet zone.
- Click Custom Level.
- In the Security Settings - Internet Zone dialog box, click Enable for Active Scripting in the Scriptiong section.
- Click the Back button to return to the previous page, and then click the Refresh button to run scripts.
- After clearing your cookies and cache, please log out then log back in. If you only enabled JavaScript, please reload the page.

- Make sure you are logged in to the website.
- Clear your browser's cookies.
- Select Tools from the menu. (If you do not see Tools, click on the Firefox button) and then select Options.
- Select the Privacy panel.
- Confirm that History is set to Remember history. Then click remove individual cookies.
- Search for stuller, then click Remove Cookie for each cookie returned in the search.
- Click Close and then OK.
- Clear your browser's cache.
- Select Tools from the menu. (If you do not see Tools, click on the Firefox button) and then select Options.
- Select the Advanced panel.
- Click on the Network tab.
- In the Cached Web Content section, click Clear Now.
- Click OK.
- Make sure javascript is enabled for your browser.
- In the address bar, type about:config.
- Click I'll be careful, I promise! if it appears.
- In the search bar, type javascript.enabled.
- If the value is set to false, double-click the line to change the value to true.
- After clearing your cookies and cache, please log out then log back in. If you only enabled JavaScript, please reload the page.

- Make sure you are logged in to the website.
- Clear your browser's cookies.
- Click the Chrome menu icon on the toolbar.
- Select Settings.
- Click Show advanced settings.
- In the Privacy section, click the Content settings button.
- In the Cookies section, click All cookies and site data.
- Search for stuller in the search box, and click Remove all.
- Clear your browser's cache.
- Click the Chrome menu icon on the toolbar.
- Select Tools.
- Select Clear browsing data.
- In the dialog that appears, select the checkboxes for Empty the cache and click the Clear browsing data button.
- Make sure javascript is enabled for your browser.
- Click the Chrome menu icon on the toolbar.
- Select Settings.
- Click the Show advanced settings.
- In the Privacy section, click the Content settings button.
- Select Allow all sites to run JavaScript in the JavaScript section.
- After clearing your cookies and cache, please log out then log back in. If you only enabled JavaScript, please reload the page.

- Make sure you are logged in to the website.
- Clear your browser's cookies and cache.
- Select Safari (if using Mac) or Edit (if using Windows) from the menu.
- Select Preferences...
- Click Show Cookies.
- Click Remove All and then Done.
- Again, select Safari (if using Mac) or Edit (if using Windows) from the menu.
- Select Empty Cache...
- Click Empty.
- Make sure javascript is enabled for your browser.
- Select Safari (if using Mac) or Edit (if using Windows) from the menu.
- Select Preferences...
- Click Security.
- Under Web Content:, select the Enable JavaScript option.
- After clearing your cookies and cache, please log out then log back in. If you only enabled JavaScript, please reload the page.
