Learn how to engrave an ID bracelet with the L100 Best Built Laser Engraver.
I'm gonna start demonstrating how to engrave on a baby ID bracelet using our L100 laser engraver. So first I'm going to get the dimensions. I'm going to measure the width about 6.7 length, by thirteen and a half. And due to the curvature I'm just going to measure the thickness of it so we've got about 1.7 in height. So I'm going to lay down the bracelet. Check the focus point- there's our focus point. I'm going to merge it in the middle. There we go all set. Over to the program, we're going to select the curve surface horizontal curve topside 13.5, 6.5, and the curve was about 1.7. Center, change the font. Go to the laser engraving, choose cross-hatching. A tigher tap, 0.1 gap. Create, send to the engraver.
This is a silver ID bracelet so we're going to have to go to about 80%, about 47 kilohertz at 900, 2 counts. Now let's go to the machine. I'm going to focus my area. There we go. We'll do one pass and let's go back to the machine.
