I was here in 2013 if i'm not mistaken for the first Bridge event I came to. Boy was I blown away. Not at all what I expected. I was thinking I was going to show up and learn a little bit about how to improve my business and I was absolutely blown away by the level of commitment Stuller has to the independents. I came in thinking I'm this little nobody, I mean I've got the small shop with just a few employees. Everybody who's going to be at this event is going to be this big shot jeweler who's got these huge stores making millions and millions of dollars every year and I'm going to be this nobody. And I realized when I got here that everybody here was just like me. It's just these independent jewelers that are trying to figure out how to survive in these ever-changing economies. And that Stuller wasn't into the big chain stores as much as they are into the independent jewelers. And they knew our problems, they could figure out solutions for us, they had options for us. And that changed my view completely of Stuller and that point forward I started doing much more it's not looking good I needed to be motivated. And I know you come to Stuller, because I needed to be motivated. You see Matt's motivation and this man's been doing this for years and he is as excited and emotional. You see tears well up in his eyes when he talks about his business, he gets pumped up about it. You get excited just being around him and then of course there's all the new programs. Like I had never heard of the Ever and Ever. I have never heard of a lot of these different programs you have and to see them firsthand it gets you excited about new things you can do with your business. I'm leaving here really pumped up with all kinds of ideas about what I'm going to be doing.
