So there's a lot of neat people I've met Matt personally.  A lot of the staff from the gemstone department to the metals department and I find that they're extremely helpful in answering questions that I need to solve problems that I have concerning metals, gemstones, diamonds and just the day to day operation of the business.  With the technology that's new today in the computer system the CAD/CAM, it's an exciting new adventure that we're undertaking and we're going to have fun trying to learn the experience on how to relate those to our new customers of this day.
