I had been looking at CounterSketch for years really already and it just was the perfect timing.  I think custom design has always been the most important aspect.  Any time we've been working with brides and grooms now for probably 30 years and everybody wants the custom design.  You either have the customer that just wants the plain ring or they want something special.  So it seemed like this was just the perfect time to get it and that it seemed to be the more I researched it the easier it looked to for me to work with the clients.
