Originally we heard about CounterSketch just from the magazines.  We saw an article so it you know seems like something that was kind of interesting.  We had done Gemvision in the past and this seemed to be the next big thing so we wanted to find out more about it.  We talked to our rep at Stuller, they told us to come to Bridge and check it, we'd be able to you know hands all and check it out.  And from the first five minutes I used it I was I was hooked.  It was fantastic.  So we went on and we purchased the program and I stayed for training and it's been going for two years now and I believe now I do in the top five in the country for the number of CounterSketches I do for business and I would recommend it to every jeweler.  It's a tool that you can't possibly grow without having it.  You have customers who want to add something just a little special and from there you take that same 3C model and you move it over into CounterSketch and you can just add just a little flair to it to make it theirs.  And it seems to be you know 99% of them are our closed deals that once they once you get them into CounterSketching they can see what it does they get amazed by just the visual effects of it and it closes deals.
