I grew up in Southern California and being that it was just a few miles outside of Los Angeles, my Wednesday was my Drive into L.A. Day.  So I'd drive into L.A. and pick up whatever supplies I needed and it was very simple that way.  And then I moved to florida and there was no jewelry district to drive into and first time I needed an order, an emerald, I just about died trying to describe the shade of green that I needed over the telephone.  I said how do people do this?  And then somebody turned me on to Stuller and with Stuller it's very easy to be able to communicate and get what you needed quickly and that's when I started my relationship with Stuller. But it was a learning curve. I had never ordered over the phone before in my life.  I would go and look at what I needed and pick it out so it was a totally new way of doing business.  If anything I got from Stuller on this trip is how impressed I am by in just a couple of years, the growth in this company.  Their dedication to the individual jewelers like ourselves and our needs and everything that you guys do here is about us and how to make our business better and I appreciate it more than I ever did before I really do.
