One of the best points was interacting with other stores, other people that are having the same questions as I have.  Maybe some of the stores are just starting out, some of them have been in business for three generations, so I was able to learn things from them, give them some of my ideas so it wasn't just Stuller you know which of they represents so well.  They were making me able to see how their products are going to interact with me in with my company and I could do that by talking to people who has already been through that same situation.  You know so it wasn't just Stuller. I was able to see people just like myself you know and and how they are doing better now.  By attending the Bridge conference I feel that my business will be enhanced because I'm more confident in myself.  I'm more confident that when I pick up a phone and I want to order a piece, I know they're going to get me the best best quality.  They're going to get to me fast it's going to be within 24 hours and I know that every little piece that they make there's somebody behind it that is very proud of their job.
