This is how to assemble a Swissback with the laser welder. Swissback here now the post is 0.6 millimeters wide of an earring that I cut a 0.6 millimeter hole in.  Place it in and bend the post because you want it to go straight up and down, and I'm going to weld us into place now.  Going to unscrew the Swissback because the Swissback have some components in it that if it heats up too much it will affect it and I don't want to do that.  Now you definitely need to do that if you're going to be soldering it together.  Now the post is not sitting up very straight going to move this, get it straight. There we go.  And good now welding the post back on to the back of the earring, I'm using two 205 volts, five milliseconds, 0.6 millimeter beam, three hertz.  And I'm mostly hitting on the back of the earring to get it to melt onto the earring post, the Swissback.  So now that the base of the post is welded on to the back of the head going to screw the backing in.  Get it nice and tight and then I will weld it into place.  You may want to do this with glue so you shouldn't take it apart later but I'm just laser welding it in so I know it's never going to come off.  And here we have our assembled Swissback.
