The following terms and conditions represent an agreement between Stuller, Inc., located at 302 Rue Louis XIV, Lafayette Louisiana 70508 ("Stuller," “we," or "us") and the user of this payment option ("you" as the borrower, under the name and address provided when you agreed to use this payment option), entered into the date you agree to use this payment option for your purchase.
StullerPay Terms and Conditions
You must agree to the terms of this Agreement, including the Payment Authorization below that authorizes us to initiate payments from the debit card or ACH account you have identified, in order participate in the StullerPay program.
You can purchase eligible merchandise using the following StullerPay payment options: 6 months at 0% Finance Fee, 12months at 2.99% Finance Fee, 24 months at 5.99% Finance Fee and 36 months at 8.99% Finance Fee. Note, the Finance Fee is a fixed amount added to the total invoice amount and amortized through the pay installments. Payments can only be made using debit card or ACH.
Payments will be due monthly with the first payment collected 30 days from merchandise invoice date. Fees and other prepaid finance charges will not be refunded if early payoff is received.
Returns
Return of merchandise purchased using StullerPay will be 15 days from the date of receipt by you. If you return or cancel any part of your purchase, you may receive a refund. If you are due a refund from Stuller on a returned or cancelled order, we will refund the balance back to your original payment method. See https://www.stuller.com/returns/ for more information or to initiate a return.
We will separately review each StullerPay request you make. Our approval of one StullerPay purchase does not mean we will approve another.
Payments:: When you elect any one of the StullerPay options, we will present you with the applicable payment terms, including:
- Your first payment is collected 30 days from the date your order is invoiced. The initial payment and subsequent payments will be made automatically on the same date.
- Installment payments represent the amount financed and consist of installment payments due every 30 days according to the StullerPay term selected.
You can view your transaction history by accessing your Stuller.com account.
Promise to Pay: By using the StullerPay option, you promise to pay Stuller the total purchase amount in accordance with the payment terms, plus any fees, past due amounts and other charges as permitted under this Agreement.
Payment Methods: ACH and Debit. You may change your payment method at any time, and if you do, you authorize us to charge your new payment method in accordance with this Agreement.
Past Due Accounts: Finance charges will be charged on all past due accounts at a rate of 1.5% per month/18% per year.

Default: Except where prohibited by law, you will be in default if you: (a) fail to make any payment by a due date; (b) become the subject of insolvency or bankruptcy proceedings; (c) supply false, misleading, or incorrect information to us; (d) a payment is returned to us by your bank; or (e) violate or are unwilling to comply with any provision in this Agreement (each a “Default”).
If you are in Default, Stuller may employ a debt collection agency to collect payment. If you are in Default, Stuller may prevent you from future use of any Stuller service.
Assignment You may not transfer or assign any rights or obligations you have under these terms. To the extent not otherwise already permitted by applicable law, we may transfer or assign these terms or any right or obligation under these terms at any time provided that such transfer does not alter your rights and obligations under these terms to your detriment.
Notices: Except as otherwise required by law, all notices regarding this payment option must be provided in writing to: Stuller Inc., 320 Rue Louis XIV, Lafayette, Louisiana 70508 ATTN: StullerPay.

Enforceability: If any term of this Agreement is finally determined to be void or unenforceable by a court or government agency of competent jurisdiction, that term will continue to be enforceable to the extent allowed by such court or agency, and the remainder will no longer be a part of this Agreement. All other provisions of this Agreement will remain in effect.
Governing Law: You agree that the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern this Agreement and any claim or dispute that has arisen or may arise between you and Stuller, except as otherwise stated in this Agreement.
