WHAT IS SCHEDULE ORDER?
Schedule Order is a checkout option that ensures that your order is automatically submitted before your cutoff time.
WHY SHOULD I SCHEDULE MY ORDER?
Unlike just adding to cart, when you schedule an order, you are reserving the inventory. So, no matter how busy your day gets, everything you add to your scheduled order is guaranteed to be automatically processed before the cutoff time.
HOW DO I SCHEDULE AN ORDER?
Once you have added an item to your Shopping Cart, simply click on the checkout link on the top navigation bar. When you reach the Review Your Order page in the checkout process, select Schedule Order. You will receive a Scheduled Order Confirmation with the scheduled date and time that the order will be processed. Once your order has been scheduled, you can add items to your cart until your processing time.

CAN I ADD TO MY SHIPMENT ONCE MY SCHEDULED ORDER HAS PROCESSED?
Yes. Once your scheduled order has been processed, you can still add items to your shipment through standard (non-scheduled) ordering options via the web or phone until your regular daily cutoff time without incurring any additional shipping charges. Some exclusions do apply.
Processing times and daily cutoff times vary based on your location. Please refer to the chart for specific times.
Same-day orders booked before cutoff time will be grouped into one shipment, except during high-volume periods, provided the carriers are the same. Additional shipping costs apply for a.m. and weekend deliveries, cash on delivery fees, hazardous fees, heavy packages, and dimensional weight. Carriers may also add additional assessorial fees based on delivery area.
HOW DO I UNSCHEDULE MY ORDER?
You may unschedule your order at any time before your scheduled order processing time by visiting the Shopping Cart and clicking the Cancel Schedule button. Unscheduling your order will cancel your order, but not remove the items from your shopping cart.
IF I PLACE MULTIPLE ORDERS, WILL YOU CONSOLIDATE MY SHIPMENT?
For your convenience, Stuller combines both scheduled and non-scheduled orders of in-stock items made before the daily cutoff into one shipment.
