Before I submit my CAD design, I would like to know if it can be produced. Does Stuller CAD/CAM Services have production standards?
Stuller CAD/CAM Services has a production standards guide that will help you navigate all of the best practices and help you determine if your piece meets all of the minimum tolerances.
Is there a way to expedite the process once my file is submitted through CAD/CAM Services?
CAD/CAM Services does offer an expedited service as long as our capacity allows. There is an additional charge. To request expedited service, have your CAM ID available and contact CAD/CAM Services by Live Chat, emailing us, or calling 1-800-527-5057 prior to the piece going into production.
This is the first time I am submitting one of my designs for CAD/CAM Services production. How can I access the information I need to get the best results?

Will Stuller cast in any metal?
Stuller casts in our own SCS certified precious metal grain: gold, platinum, palladium, and sterling silver. A large number of quality and color options are available.
Can I turn off the automated emails I receive from CAD/CAM Services?
In the contact information portion of your submission form, the notifications are automatically turned on. To turn them off, click to uncheck “Yes, email me status updates” to stop receiving notifications.
I would like my quote to be sent to a different email address. How can I update my account information?
Change the email address during the first step of the submission process.
I would like Stuller to set my customer’s stones in my design. What is the process I need to follow to send the stones to Stuller?
First, fill out the Customer Stone Form, and package it along with your loose stones. Ship via FedEx or UPS to Stuller, ATTN: CANDICE COLEMAN—ext 3804, 302 Rue Louis XIV, Lafayette, LA 70508.
I would like to have a wedding band created to match an existing engagement ring. How do I do this?
There are actually a few different options to accomplish this depending on the engagement ring. Please contact us at 1-800-527-5057, and we’ll help you determine the best way to submit your matching wedding band order.
I would like to change part of my design during the approval process but do not want to cancel or accept the project online. How do I contact the CAD/CAM Services department?
Select “I would like to change this request” on your quote, write your additional instructions in the box, and click submit.
Can I preview a wax/resin? How long will it take?
Yes, you can request a wax/resin for review by selecting yes when submitting your file. In addition, you can request one at any time before approving your piece for production by contacting CAD/CAM Services at 1-800-527-5057. The wax/resin will ship in approximately three business days.
I’ve previewed the wax/resin Stuller sent, and I need to make a change. Can modifications be made?
Yes, modifications must be made in the CAD file and produced by our rapid prototyping machines. Stuller will not cast waxes/resins that have been altered in any way.
Why must I pay a CAM fee for duplicate orders?
Each piece submitted through CAD/CAM Services requires a new wax/resin. The CAM fee covers the cost of producing each individual piece per your request.
Why would the invoice price differ from the original quoted price?
The metal markets change daily. The metal and stone weights also vary. You will be invoiced for the actual weight of metal and the exact stone used.
Can my CAD/CAM Services order ship with another order?
CAD/CAM Services orders are shipped individually as soon as they are completed. They cannot be combined with any other orders.
Will my final piece look like the render that I receive with my quote?
Yes and No. The renders are computer-generated images. While they represent what your design will look like before production, there may be slight differences in the actual piece.
