How many minutes of video can the Euricase hold?
The Euricase can record up to 60 minutes worth of good quality video (45 minutes of best quality video.)
How many pictures can I load on the Euricase?
The Euricase can hold up to 500 good quality pictures.
Does it make a difference what video format I use to upload with?
The Euricase Video and Photo Converter software will convert just about any standard video format to the proper one for the Euricase. We have not yet encountered a video format that is not compatible with the Euricase Video and Photo Converter.
I want to tape myself proposing, how long should I record for?
Depending on the camera resolution the Euricase can hold up to 60 minutes of video.
Can I have multiple videos on the Euricase?
Yes, you can store up to 60 minutes worth of good quality video (45 minutes of best quality video.)
How will I know if my videos exceed the 60 minutes?
If you have a single video longer than the 60 minutes, it will not complete the loading process and you will receive and an error messages. If you have multiple videos, the last video that you try to download will not convert and you will see an error messages.
Can I have more than one slide show?
The Euricase presents only one slide show at a time.
How can I make my pictures appear in the order I want?
Go to the folder where you have your original files. Rename the pictures in numerical or alphabetical order. Attach your Euricase to your computer via USB cable. Open your Euricase. You can close the Converter window when it launches. Go to MY COMPUTER in your computer and click on the Euricase drive. A window will open and you will be able to view all the files you have in your Euricase. Delete the files you had originally put in. Upload the files from your computer that you renamed. This should save the files in your Euricase in the order you would like them to appear. (Renaming the existing files that are already in your Euricase will not automatically re-order the pictures.)
The picture I just downloaded in my Euricase is not showing up, or it’s showing up black.
We have found that if the picture file is re-saved as another picture file (i.e. ABC.jpg is saved as ABC2.jpg) the Euricase converter is able to detect the new picture file. Another reason for the picture not showing up is that the original file may be too large. You will need to resize the original picture and replace the larger file with the smaller file in your Euricase.
I want to load “Our Song” to play when I propose. Do I have to worry about copyrights?
Creating home videos or compositions for personal use in not in violation of copyright laws. Violations occur when one uses copyrighted material for sale of other products and services without consent. Copyright law protects the value of creative work. I love my Euricase but I don’t know how to edit my video. What do you recommend?
There are a number of great products on the market allowing you to easily edit and create professional videos. Your Euricase comes with software to easily convert any video format no matter what program you used to create or edit it.
Is it possible to show my video with no sound?
Yes, you can turn the sound down to no volume.

I purchased one of the metallic finished boxes. It is real gold or silver etc.?
Yes, all of our metallic finishes are genuine. We offer chardonnay gold, antique silver, copper rose and sapphire mist.
Can I change the initial picture that appears when I open the Euricase?
Unfortunately, this is not an end-user/consumer option. This type of customization is offered only to retailers who order multiple quantities. This process is done in our customization department during assembly.
How long does it take to fully charge the Euricase?
It can take approximately 2 hours to fully charge a depleted Euricase with the wall charger. It can take up to 4 hours with the USB cable. 20. How long will the Euricase play with out being connected to a power source? Euricase use of power will depend on a variety of factors such as whether video is played at maximum volume, photo slide show, or clock display all have different impact on power usage. On a fully charged battery, our tests show a range 1.5 hours to 4 hours of use without connection to a power source.
The Euricase software does not automatically open when I plug it in to my computer via the USB port.
Make sure the USB cable is plugged directly into the USB port of your computer. (USB hubs do not often give the strongest direct signal power.) Lastly, make sure your computer is not reading the Euricase Video and Photo Converter as “pop up window” when it launches. Please refer to your computer’s user manual to disable this function. 22. When I open the box nothing happens. What’s wrong? Make sure the Euricase is fully charged before its initial use. It can take approximately 2 hours to fully charge a depleted Euricase with the wall charger. It cat take up to 4 hours with the USB cable. Also, make sure it is disconnected from the USB cable.
I dropped my box and shattered my screen.
Can I get the screen replaced? Unfortunately, we do not offer replacement parts. A damaged Euricase from an accident can be replaced with a new purchased item.
Should I back up my photos and videos?
It is recommended to always keep a copy of any photo or video on your computer. If you send your Euricase to us for service, it will be returned with the original factory settings.
How long will the rechargeable lithium battery last?
Euricase use of power will depend on a variety of factors; Video with sound at maximum, photo slide show, or clock display all have different impact on power usage. It also depends on how often it is used (lithium battery life is estimated on how often it is drained and recharged.) If used as a keepsake that it was intentionally designed it for, the battery life expectancy can be of several years. We are closely monitoring our product to give a precise number of years the Euricase lithium batter will last.
