Stuller adds lab-grown diamonds to product mix

Lafayette, LA (29 February 2016) – Prime manufacturer, Stuller, Inc. has added lab-grown diamonds to its vast, growing assortments of melee and large diamonds.

“Lab-grown diamonds are optically, visually, and chemically identical to natural diamonds,” says Stanley Zale, vice president of diamonds and gemstones. “We want to give jewelers every option they need to thrive and many of our customers already offer these diamonds with great success.”

The lab-grown diamonds, which are grown in the United States, are accompanied by:

  • A certificate from the Gem Certification and Assurance Lab (GCAL)
  • A unique inscription on the girdle
  • A distinctly labeled package

“We do treat these stones differently than our natural inventory,” continues Zale. “They are housed in a separate vault, stored and shipped in a distinct, blue acrylic box, and are always handled separately.”
