  • Ball Burs
    The ball bur is one of the most versatile bur.It can be used at any angle and to get into
    tight spaces. This piece works great for removing supports and structures on resins.

  • Setting Burs
    Mainly used to cut seats for tube, bezel and prong setting.
  • Hart Burs
    Angled 45º, 70º, or 90º ; great at flush setting and cutting seats in prongs.
  • Cone Burs
    Tapering holes and cleaning up the reverse sides of drilled holes.
  • Inverted Cone Burs
    Make flat bottomed undercuts, cut tapered slots, and start seats in irregularly shaped bezels;
    clean inside bezels and channel settings.
  • Cup Burs
    This piece is great for rounding and smoothing prongs, posts, wire, and rivet heads.

  • Cylinder Burs
    Grinding and shaping the inside of ring shanks.
  • Bud/Flame Burs
    Bud-shape seats for shaped stones; reposition, taper, and enlarge holes flame-taller
    and slender than bud for engraving, carving, contouring, and shaping.

  • Wheel Burs
    Removes material from a bezel to make room for a cabochon shaping.
  • Knife-Edge Burs
    Tapered on the top and bottom perfect for scoring lines; work great for
    removing supports and structures on resins.
  • Krause Burs
    Easily remove excess solder from joint, fits into tight spaces; work great for
    removing supports and structures on resins.
  • Cross Cut Burs
    Very aggressive and can remove large amounts of material.
  • Wax Burs
    This piece is best used for carving plastics, wax, and other soft materials.
